Two examinees of the UP Diliman (UPD) Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute (EEEI) landed in first place in the April 2025 Electronics Engineers and Electronics Technicians Licensure Examinations.
Leading the 47 UPD passers of the April 2025 Electronics Engineers Licensure Examination is Nathaniel Dimaunahan, who ranked first with a 92.3% rating.
He is followed by Zylm Sabater (second place, 92.1%), Wynne Angelo Arcilla (third place, 92%), Bijan Domenden (sixth place, 91.3%), Ryan Jonathan Blanco (seventh place, 90.4%), Gabriel Daren Monasterial (ninth place, 90.1%), and Ned Jairus Tilos (10th place, 89.9%).


Among the top performing schools with 30 or more examinees at least an 80% passing rate, UPD’s 94% passing rate places it at the top.
Meanwhile, leading the 38 UPD passers of the April 2025 Electronics Technicians Licensure Examination is Daniel Vicho who had 95% rating. He is followed by Mary Trixia Elyonne Baynosa, Gabriel Gates, and Hans Kenneth Salarson who all occupied third place with their 89.9% rating.
UPD also topped the list of top-performing schools with 10 to 49 examinees and a 100% passing rate. The Professional Regulation Commission announced that 1,280 of 2,820 passed the electronics engineers licensure examination and 1,971 of 2,411 passed the electronics technicians licensure examination given by the Board of Electronics Engineering in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
