(NOV. 13)—Prof. Joseph Ryan G. Lansangan, PhD is the 10th dean of the UP Diliman (UPD) School of Statistics (Stat). The University of the Philippines Board of Regents approved Lansangan’s appointment at its special meeting on Oct. 11. Lansanga, who succeeded Prof. Claire Dennis S.
