Ayon sa Memorandum Blg. FRN-21-006 ni Tsanselor Fidel R. Nemenzo na may petsang Enero 13, ang ACF 2021, na ilulunsad sa Pebrero 1 at magtatagal hanggang Abril, ay isang paggunita ng ika-50 taon ng Diliman Commune at ng ika-500 anibersaryo ng pagtatagpo ng Pilipinas at Espanya.  Ito ay kaalinsabay sa pagdiriwang ng Pambansang Buwan ng Sining.
