Mayroong limang aktibong kaso ng COVID-19 sa UP Diliman at Barangay UP Campus ngayong Nobyembre 24 batay sa stat report na gawa ng Special Committee ng UP Diliman COVID-19 Task Force. Patuloy pa ring sumunod sa mga pangkalusugang protokol upang maprotektahan ang sarili laban sa COVID-19. Para sa mga hindi pa nababakunahan at sa mga maaari nang tumanggap ng mga booster shot laban sa COVID-19, makipag-ugnayan sa lokal na pamahalaan hinggil sa iskedyul ng pagbabakuna.

BOR appoints 3 UPD deans

The UP Board of Regents at its 1375th meeting on Nov. 10 approved the appointments of three UP Diliman (UPD) deans. Maria Regina Lucia M. Lizares, PhD and Giovanni Francis A. Legaspi were appointed deans of the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business (VSB) and Asian Institute of Tourism (AIT), respectively. Meanwhile, Joseph Ryan G. UP nears twice-to-beat bid in the final four

The UP Fighting Maroons men’s basketball team (UPMBT) improved to gain a 10-1 win–loss record in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 men’s basketball tournament. This came after the UPMBT prevailed against the Far Eastern University (FEU) Tamaraws, 73-59, on Nov. 17 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. The UP Fighting Maroons had a hot start and quickly jumped into a 16-1 advantage courtesy of the sweet shooting hands of Gerry Abadiano, Harold Alarcon, James Spencer, and Joel Cagulangan from the three-point territory.
