Llanto, who graduated magna cum laude from UP Diliman in 2016, got the 2nd highest rating of 83.50 percent in the recent January 2019 Architect Licensure Examination.  He is among the 25 successful examinees from the UP College of Architecture, earning this batch a 96.15-percent passing rate.
