Lim passed away on Mar. 21.  Lim served UP in the late 1950s as an instructor at the UP Los Baños College of Forestry, then at the UP campus in Tarlac in the 1960s. Occupational, physical therapy clinic opens at UHS

(MAR. 26) — A choir conductor and music educator were named as the Flora Zarco Rivera Gender and Development Award (FZR-GAD) recipients on Mar. 25 at the Abelardo Hall Auditorium. The FZR-GAD awardees were Maria Lourdes Venida-Hermo, Virlanie Voices choirmaster and choral clinician, and Engracia Reyes Lim, a music educator and founder of the Quezon Memorial Circle Golden Nightingale Chorale and the Open School for Music. UPWVT overwhelms DLSU Lady Spikers

(MAR. 25)—The UP Women’s Volleyball Team (UPWVT) completed a season sweep of De La Salle University (DLSU) Lady Spikers in the UAAP Season 81 Volleyball Tournament on Mar. 24 at the Ynares Sport Center in Antipolo City. The UP Lady Maroons crushed the defending champion DLSU Lady Spikers in straight sets, 25-16, 26-24, 25-19. After an opening-set win, UP started slow in the second canto as DLSU pulled away and established a five-point lead, 17-12. (Mar. 21)— Flora and fauna, historical event, public arts, architecture and historical buildings highlight the Lakad-Gunita Walking Tours in UP Diliman (UPD). Lakad-Gunita Walking Tours is part of the UPD Arts and Culture Month 2019 celebration. Organized by the UPD Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (OICA) and the UP Asian Institute of Tourism, the free tour which begun on Feb. 11, is held from Mondays to Fridays with each day carrying a corresponding theme.

Parking and traffic changes around PHS

(MAR. 21)—Starting Apr. 1 there will be changes in the parking scheme in two areas of the University: J.P.
