Dear UP Diliman Community, As of June 26, two more frontliners tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the total of cases to 16. They include health, laboratory and security personnel who were assigned at the Kanlungang Palma and the UP Health Service. Following protocols, they are now isolated, and active contact tracing is ongoing. UPD-Bulletin-2020-24 We regret to inform the UPD Community that as of 5 p.m. today, Jun. 25, 2020, seven new frontliners from Kanlungang Palma and the UP Health Service (UPHS) were found positive with COVID-19, bringing the total to 14 asymptomatic cases including the seven reported last Jun. 23. All of the new cases have been isolated and there is continuous contact tracing by the UPHS Public Health Unit. (JUN. 19)—A fundraising project was launched on Jun. 15 to benefit communities near the UP College of Fine Arts (CFA). Dubbed as “#TulongSining,” the project is an initiative of Sining Fine Art (ASFA), an affiliate organization of the university-wide cultural national-democratic mass organization Alay Sining.
