“Puppets and Shadows” of Love and War

Using rod puppets, shadows, dance drama and music, Teatrong Mulat ng Pilipinas (Mulat) staged the immortal epic “Ramayana” on Feb. 18-19 at the Institute of Biology Auditorium at UP Diliman (UPD) in celebration of UPD Month 2017. Cassettes 100: Maceda comes alive

  Faculty, students, staff and other guests were left enthralled after watching a hundred performers weave through the audience in choreographed rhythmic steps, in an almost clockwork pattern while holding MP3 players at the UP Vargas Museum.
