By Anna Regidor (NOV. 25)—UP Diliman is the top-performing school in the latest Chemical Engineer Licensure examinations with a 91.76-percent passing rate and Hazel Dorothy Flores Cesar grabbing the top spot with a percentage score of 85.40 percent, according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). According to the PRC, 78 out of 85 examinees from UPD passed the licensure examination, making UPD the top-performing school for this examination period.
