Ebinezer R. Florano, PhD, a professor at the UP Diliman (UPD) National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), has recently been elected as section chair of the Governmental Policies of Division 1 (Educational, Governmental, and International Policies) of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP).

Following Proclamation No. 1264 by the President of the Philippines and published in the Official Gazette of the Malacañan Palace declaring May 27 as a regular holiday in observance of Eid’l Adha, the UP Diliman (UPD) Office of the Chancellor announced that classes and work (except for essential offices) at UPD are suspended.
