Sportsfest winners awarded at OSH Night

Winners of the tournaments at the Sports Festival of the UP Diliman (UPD) Office of Student Housing (OSH) were awarded certificates, trophies, and cash prizes at the OSH Night 2024.

According to OSH Officer-in-Charge Marielle Antoinette H. Zosa, the OSH Sports Festival “is a wellness activity for residents of UPD dormitories, para po makapagpahinga sila sa mga academic activities nila by engaging in physical activities.”

Awarded at the OSH Night were the second and first runners-up, and champions of the tournaments for men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s volleyball, and mixed patintero.

Zosa also shared that OSH annually holds their OSH Festival, a series of activities that culminate with the OSH Night. The festival activities aim to establish camaraderie among dormers, as well as build “dorm pride” among dorm residents.

“Ang dorm ay hindi lang physical space, [isa rin itong] safe space kung saan mai-express ng dormers kung sino sila,” Zosa said.
