The UP Engineering Choir bagged multiple awards, including a champion title and a grand prix qualifier, at the 4th Sing, Tarlac, Sing Choral Festival and Competition.
The official performing chorale group of the UP Diliman College of Engineering won the champion title (Gold B Diploma) in the folk song category, Gold C Diploma in the mixed choir category, and the third prize Gold C Diploma in the musica sacra category of the choral competition.
According to the UP Engineering Choir, the group was also named a grand prix qualifier “among the more than 25 chorale groups across the country.”
