The government of Venezuela has expressed its interest in a possible academic and cultural partnership with UP Diliman (UPD).
This was conveyed by Venezuelan Chargé d’Affaires Richard Gregorio Espinoza Lobo as he paid a courtesy call to UPD Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II on Sept. 12 at the UPD Office of the Chancellor.
Accompanied by Sarah Raymundo, an assistant professor at the UPD Center for International Studies, Lobo met with Vistan for an exploratory talk for possible partnerships with universities in Venezuela.
