(JUL. 11) — For two consecutive Saturdays, UP Diliman Extension Programs in Pampanga and Olongapo (UPDEPPO) faculty will conduct its first 2-part free webinar series “#GearingUPfortheNewNorm: Practical Insights for Micro and Small Businesses” on Jul. 11 and 18 at 10 a.m.
The free webinar is an extension service of the UPDEPPO to the micro and small business owners and employees in Central Luzon affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Topics on Jul. 11 are “The Effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic and ECQ Enforcement on the Economy of Central Luzon” by Prof. Patrick De Leon, PhD; “New Form, New Norm: New Realities in Marketing” by Prof. Aries Patawaran; and “In or Out? Managing Cash Flows” by Prof. Purisima Panlilio, PhD.
De Leon is Faculty of Economics and Public Administration, while Patawaran is Faculty of Master of Management and Master Trainer of Facebook for Business Asia-Pacific, and Panlilio is Faculty of Master of Management and Business Management.
“W@W: Well-being @ Work” will be the topic on Jul. 18 with professors Eden Terol, PhD and Bryan Engay of the Faculty of Applied Psychology as speakers.
Prof. Eunice Felix, UPDEPP Business Management Program Coordinator, moderates the webinar series.
