UPD tops LEPT-elementary level

All UP Diliman (UPD) College of Education (CEd) examinees of the September 2024 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT)-elementary level passed, with two occupying the first and 10th highest place of passers.

Alyssa Jeanne C. Tamondong was one of the first placers at the LEPT-elementary level with a 94.00% passing rate, while Jasmin Marie M. Pioquinto was one of the 10th placers with a 92.20% passing rate.

Meanwhile, four CEd graduates occupied the second, seventh, eighth, and ninth places at the LEPT-secondary level.   

Jarod Landrix C. PeƱaflor placed second with a 94.40% passing rate. He is followed by Basserly A. De Leon (seventh place, 93.20%), Shairey Joy L. Mesagrande (eighth place, 93.00%), and Raven Louise D. Daguro (ninth place, 92.80%).

The Professional Regulation Commission on its website announced that of the 44,002 examinees of the LEPT-elementary level, 20,025 passed. Meanwhile, of the 85,926 examinees of the LEPT-secondary level, 48,875 passed.
