As per Memorandum No. NGY 20-87 dated 16 June 2020, Salary for 16-30 June 2020 will be released on or before June 22.
In compliance with COA requirements, please note the following:
1. For your unit’s/college’s Non-UP and JO personnel, please submit HARD COPIES of the DV/BUR/OBR (and its complete documentary requirements) to the Budget Office (for funding charged against budgeted accounts) and to UPD Accounting Office (for funding charged against Trust Accounts).
2. The documents (DV/BUR/OBR, DTR/Certificate of Service Rendered) must bear the WET SIGNATURE of the HEAD OF UNIT/PROJECT LEADER/DIRECTOR. DTR should indicate OW (Office Work) if physically reporting or WFH (Work From Home).
3. For signatures of other personnel, e-signatures or digital signatures are allowed.
