The Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) urges all faculty, administrative staff, and students to register for the 2022 elections before the Sept. 30 deadline.

Established in 1967, PASUC comprises state universities and colleges under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

In the PASUC Advisory No. 100, s. 2021, Prof. Tirso A. Ronquillo, PhD states that “all our SUCs are highly enjoined to encourage and support all our personnel, faculty members, and students in the registration for them to be able to vote in the May 2022 elections.”

For those in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ) and modified GCQ (MGCQ), registration is from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturday and holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Meanwhile, for areas under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), registration is from Monday to Saturday (including holidays), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will also be an in-mall voter registration. For updated registration schedules, it is best to contact the local Office of the Election officer.
