We are pleased to invite you to a session of Kapihan ng Bayan sa U.P. at 2:30-4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at the Ang Bahay ng Alumni Anteroom, UP Diliman, Quezon City, on the topic “Party-List System” .

Professor Danilo A. Arao, an Associate Professor of UP College of Mass Communication and a convenor of Kontra Daya, has been invited as resource speaker.  He will share his thoughts on this issue, which can have potentially far-reaching effects on the lives of all Filipinos. A lively discussion is expected, as usual, in the open forum.

Open to all UP alumni, faculty and students, as well as the general public, Kapihan ng Bayan sa U.P. is a public service project of the UPAA which aims to serve as a regular forum for intelligent and constructive discussion of issues relevant to our development as a nation.
