The University of the Philippines System Supervisors Association, Inc. (UPSSA) has begun its learning and development (L&D) project with two initial activities: From Dream to Done—Translating Vision into Action (From Dream to Done) and Shaping Your Identity: Building a Powerful Organizational Brand (Shaping Your Identity).

Both activities are part of UPSSA’s PAMAMAHALA: Masterclass Series (PAMAMAHALA), the organization’s flagship L&D project.
The PAMAMAHALA series is currently offered exclusively to UPSSA members. The resource speakers for the first two sessions were Karla Rae M. Gonzalez and Maria Shaina F. Santiago-Moraga.

Gonzalez, who served as resource speaker for From Dream to Done, is a “highly skilled and versatile sales and trade marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in customer development, shopper marketing, and category activities”, according to her LinkedIn profile. She is also the Startup Founder at the Asia Institute of Management.
Santiago-Moraga, who led Shaping Your Identity, is the cluster director of the Business Development Group at SMX Convention Centers.
The PAMAMAHALA events were only two in a series of L&D activities lined up for 2025. They were held on March 29 at the UP Diliman National Engineering Center.
