UP Diliman (UPD) topped the August 2024 Environmental Planners Licensure Examination (EPLE), with Marco Antonino A. Javier of the School of Urban and Regional Planning ranking first among the examinees with his 84.30% rating.
Javier is joined by eight other examinees from UPD who also placed in the top 10: John Andrew Binay Cruz and Raven E. Hipolito (second place, 83.95%), Theresse R. Julia (third place, 83.90%), Ian Kenneth M. Diñgal, (fourth place, 83.65%), Jun Prosini S. Anave, (fifth place, 83.45%), Kinna Mae G. Kwan, (sixth place, 81.95%), Louie Robert C. Posadas, (ninth place, 80.80%), and Alvin John M. Pajo (tenth place, 80.75%).
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), UPD is the lone top performing school with 59 of its 63 examinees passing the examination, giving UPD a 93.65% passing rate. To be a top performing school, an institution must have 30 or more examinees and with at least 80% passing rate.
PRC states that 258 of 348 passed the 2024 EPLE administered by the Environmental Board Planning in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Lucena City.
