UPD only top-performing school in electronics engineering board

For the second consecutive year, UP Diliman (UPD) emerged as the lone top-performing school in the April 2023 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination.

Three of the examinees landed in the top 10: John Vincent Portugal ranked fourth (87.2%), Moises Angelo Sanchez ranked eighth (86.7%), and Constantine Nicolai Tan ranked ninth (86.4%).

According to data released by the Professional Regulation Commission, UPD was the only institution that fielded 40 or more examinees, at least 80 percent of them passed the examination held in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

UPD was also the lone top-performing school in the April 2022 examination.
