(SEPT. 2)—Andryx Lyndon Martinez, a graduate of the College of Engineering Department of Mechanical Engineering, ranked 8th in the August 2019 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination with a 93 percent rating.
Martinez is among the 73 examinees from UP Diliman who passed, giving the University a 97.33 percent passing rate and making it one of the top performing schools among the institutions who fielded 50 or more examinees.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission website, of the 5,560 applicants, 3,928 passed the licensure examinations last Aug. 25 and 26.
