The UP Diliman HRDO Training Section launches a new website with the goal of integrating its core programs Skills Training and Enhancement Program (STEP UP) and Leading the Excellence in Value Empowerment through Learning (LEVEL UP) with its pandemic intervention program, Online Programs for Empowerment in the New Normal (OPEN UP). The said website, available through updhrdotraining.com, provides employees access to online courses under self-paced programs and webinar archive under its facilitated programs.
Employees can immediately enroll from the six self-paced course offerings (including the Orientation for New Employees and Pre-retirement Orientation) in the website, or register to the upcoming webinars in May and July of this year. Meanwhile, STEP UP and LEVEL UP programs for this year are soon to be introduced to specific employee groups in the third and fourth quarter. In addition, the Training Section has also made available its annual brochure that compiles external training programs that UP employees might be interested to join in.
Together with HRDO’s core website, hrdo.up.edu.ph, the new training programs website aims to contribute in the improvement of welfare of UP Diliman employees, particularly in the aspect of benefits awareness and talent development.
