The UP Diliman (UPD) Office of Counseling and Guidance opened the annual University Job Fair (UJF) on March 25, at the Student Union Building Mess Hall.
With the theme Tara, Padayon, UJF 2025 continued the fair’s mission of connecting the Iskolar ng Bayan with various industries, fostering their role in serving Filipinos while shaping their future careers.

Organized through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and in collaboration with the University Student Council, UP Advertising Core, and UP Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, UJF 2025 partnered with 39 private companies and six government institutions.
“When it comes to helping our graduates find jobs that align with their professional goals, the UJF has been the benchmark. It has been consistent in its mission to provide career preparation and opportunities primarily to graduating students, as well as those in the internship phase of their program,” said UPD Chancellor Edgardo Carlo L. Vistan II in his solidarity message.
“The cooperation between and among students and various units in the University is a demonstration of our theme this year. It is our common goal to make everyone here feel that they are not alone in this journey. Indeed, with the right support, we all thrive,” Vistan added.
“UJF is a reminder that you are about to close a chapter in your life and open a new one. And as you start anew, may you remember the important lessons you learned, and may you always uphold the principles and values of the University in your workplace, in your organization, or wherever you will be. Make the University proud by serving the people,” Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Jose Carlo G. de Pano reminded the participants in his opening remarks.

“With this theme, Tara, Padayon, the [UJF 2025] team sees the value of peer power. As Isko and Iska move forward into the next chapter of their journey, Tara signifies that you are not alone as you move forward. UJF 2025 is here to support our graduates and make our Iskolar ng Bayan feel that they are not alone. Sabi nga, ang isang gawain ay maaaring maging magaan kapag may karamay ka,” said Monica de Asis, UJF 2025 Chairperson, in her closing remarks.
UJF 2025 featured Philippine private companies across diverse industries, including advertising, banking, construction, consultancy, data engineering, energy, finance, food, healthcare, heavy equipment, hotel and resort, information technology, manufacturing, petrochemical, real estate, sales, and telecommunications.
