(DEC. 11)—A research by faculty members of the UP Diliman (UPD) College of Science National Institute of Physics (NIP) and the Materials Science and Engineering Program was recently featured by “The Compound Semiconductor.”
The research “Trilayer low-temperature-grown GaAs terahertz emitter and detector device with doped buffer,” by professors Elizabeth Prieto, Elmer Estacio, Armando Somintac and Arnel Salvador in collaboration with the Fukui University was featured by the trade magazine for its promising performance as both detector and emitter.
“The Compound Semiconductor” is a trade magazine that highlights cutting-edge research on semiconductor technologies and manufacturing.
