The UP Diliman School of Economics (SE) and Philippine Center for Economic Development will hold a lecture series on November 8, Tuesday, 1:30 and 4:00 p.m., at the SE Auditorium and via Zoom, with guest speakers professors of economics Ann Carlos, PhD and James Markusen, PhD of the University of Colorado Boulder.

The lectures are “Indigenous Nations and the Development of the US Economy: Land Resources, and Dispossession” by Carlos and “What Do Multinationals Do? The Structure of Multinational Firms’ International Activities” by Markusen.
