The UP Law Center Institute of Human Rights (IHR) will hold a week-long Martial Law series titled “The Legal Construction of Dictatorship: We Remember” beginning today, September 12, until September 21.

This is in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the declaration of Martial Law.
