The screening of the film festival “Sine Halaga 2: Mahalagang Kuwento ng Bawat Filipino” (Sine Halaga) will be held today, December 12, 2 and 5 p.m.; and tomorrow, December 13, 1:30 and 5 p.m., at the Cine Adarna, UP Film Institute (UPFI) Film Center.
The film festival directed by Elvert Bañares will feature short films depicting one or more of the 20 identified Filipino values in the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Study on Filipino Values.
Sine Halaga is a project of the NCCA Filipino Values Program, in collaboration with the Negros Cultural Foundation, Inc. and UPFI.
