Everyone is invited to the lecture “Scientific Basis for the Philippines Claim for an Extended Continental Shelf in the West Philippine Sea” on March 4, 4:00–5:30 p.m., at the UP Diliman College of Science Auditorium.

The resource speaker is Alfredo Mahar Francisco Lagmay, PhD, director of Project NOAH and of the UP Resilience Institute.

The event is presented by the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society – UP Chapter, in partnership with the Science and Society Program of the UP Diliman College of Science, as part of the “Lecture of Excellence Series.”
