The UP Diliman School of Economics (SE) and Philippine Center for Economic Development (PCED) will hold the third lecture of the “PCED@50 Lecture Series: 50 Years of Economic Policy-making” on July 10, Monday, 3 p.m., at the SE Auditorium.

The guest speaker is Cielito F. Habito, PhD, the director-general of the National Economic and Development Authority from 1992 to 1998.
