The UP Diliman Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) will launch the “PAHINGA: Talakayan sa DMST” on March 16, 9 a.m. at the Malcolm Hall Theater.

The series of lectures will discuss defense and security issues and updates affecting the Philippine security environment, starting with the security issues in the West Philippine Sea.

The resource speaker is Jay L. Batongbacal, JSD, the director of the UP Law Center Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea.
