The resource speakers are Josephine R. Santiago and Magdaleno R. Vasquez Jr., DEng.

Santiago is a former director general at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines and a professorial lecturer at the UP College of Law. Vasquez is the director of the UP Diliman Technology Transfer and Business Development Office.
