The UP College of Law will launch the International Criminal Law (ICL) Blog and will hold a lecture on the Ukraine-Russia situation, with guest speaker former International Criminal Court Judge Raul C. Pangalangan, tomorrow, April 6, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m.

The ICL Blog is the official blog of the UP Law Center Institute of International Legal Studies.
