The symposium “Insights on the Civil Code, Family Code, and Jurisprudential Treatment of Nonmarital Children: Implications of the Ruling in Aquino v. Aquino on the Re-examination of the Iron Curtain Rule” will be held on Friday, October 20, 9 a.m.–12 p.m., at Malcolm Theater, UP College of Law.
The guest speakers are Maria Lourdes Fugoso-Alcain, a registered social worker and lawyer-advocate for children’s and women’s rights, and Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, a senior associate justice of the Supreme Court.
This will also be livestreamed on the UP College of Law Facebook page.
This is presented by the UP Women in Law, together with the UP Law Student Government.
