The symposium “Insights on the Civil Code, Family Code, and Jurisprudential Treatment of Nonmarital Children: Implications of the Ruling in Aquino v. Aquino on the Re-examination of the Iron Curtain Rule” will be held on Friday, October 20, 9 a.m.–12 p.m., at Malcolm Theater, UP College of Law.

The guest speakers are Maria Lourdes Fugoso-Alcain, a registered social worker and lawyer-advocate for children’s and women’s rights, and Marvic M.V.F. Leonen, a senior associate justice of the Supreme Court.
