Everyone is invited to the lecture “Frameworks for Understanding Bitcoin” by Florin T. Hilbay on April 19, Wednesday, 2 p.m., at the Malcolm Theater, UP Diliman College of Law (LAW).

Hilbay is dean of the Silliman University College of Law.
