Abayao,PhD, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the UP Baguio (UPB); Raymund Rovillos, PhD, founding President of the Pangasinan Polytechnic College and former UPB chancellor, and Felipe P. Jocano Jr., PhD, assistant professor from the UPD Department of Anthropology.
