Catch the talk of Kisho Tsuchiya, PhD about his book “Emplacing East Timor: Regime Change and Knowledge Production, 1860–2010” on Aug. 27, Tuesday, 2:30–4:00 p.m., at the Pilar Herrera Hall, UP Diliman (UPD) College of Social Sciences and Philosophy.
Tsuchiya is an assistant professor from the Center for Southeast Asian Studies at Kyoto University, Japan.
This will be followed by discussions featuring Ruel V. Pagunsan, PhD of the UPD Department of History and Maitrii Victoriano Aung-Thwin, PhD of the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore.
