Call for Nominations to the Third World Studies Center (TWSC) Directorship

We are pleased to announce the call for Nominations to the Directorship of the CSSP Third World Studies Center (TWSC). Kindly submit the following documents to csspdekano.upd@up.edu.ph not later than 12:00 PM of the 20th of July 2021 (Tuesday):
1. Nominator(s)’ signed nomination letter containing the justification of the nomination. Please include current contact details of the [first] nominator). We also accept self-nominations;
2. Nominee’s summarized curriculum vitae with a summary of pertinent research publications;
3. Nominee’s signed letter stating his/her willingness to serve as TWSC Director, and plans for the CSSP TWSC in broad terms, including proposed flagship programs.
All letters/nominations, and documents shall be emailed to the:

Who May Nominate:
TWSC staff, CSSP faculty and REPS, and other interested stakeholders. The Committee also welcomes self-nomination.
Who May be Nominated:
The nominee must possess the following minimum qualifications:
1. Commitment to academic freedom and the values and ideals of the University;
2. A Ph.D. or equivalent degree; Distinction or outstanding academic and research credentials in the nominee’s chosen field or expertise;
3. Leadership qualities and administrative or managerial capability;
4. Committed to uphold professional, and moral/ethical standards.
5. A regular, full-time faculty member of the CSSP.
