The UP Diliman Research Ethics Board (REB) announced that the 4th episode of the “2026 UPD REB Monthly Ethics Seminar Series” has been moved to July 8, Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. via Zoom and Facebook Live.

The resource speaker for this session is Fatima Alvarez Castillo, a professorial lecturer at UP Manila and trainer from the Committee on Information Dissemination, Training, and Advocacy at the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board.

She will present the lecture “The Ethical Researcher and Ethics Dumping: Dilemmas and Opportunities in Philippine State Universities.”
