UP students are invited to the “Mindfulness Mondays Wellness Program” of the UP Diliman (UPD) Department of Philosophy this May.
The wellness program will feature yoga sessions with Jonathan Y. Cagas, PhD, an associate professor at the UPD College of Human Kinetics.
