Per Article III, Section 3 of the Collective Negotiation Agreement between UP and AUPAEU, “the University respects the freedom of association of the AUPAEU. The University shall allow the AUPAEU, subject to the exigency of service, to hold meetings including the following:
1. Chapter Assembly on Official Time: One Day, Once a Year;
2. General Assembly on Official Time: Once Every Three Years.”
