Jobseekers numbering 1,164 and over 45 companies and government entities gathered at the UP Ang Bahay ng Alumni for the 2026 UP University Job Fair (UJF 2026), held from March 23 to 26. With the theme Seal your Future, UJF 2026 enjoined participants to “take the leap of building more goals as they showcase the knowledge and skills that they gained” from the University.

UJF 2026 was organized by the UP Diliman (UPD) Office of Counseling and Guidance under the UPD Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, in partnership with the UP Alumni Association, the Quezon City Public Service Employment Office, the Department of Labor and Employment, and the UPD University Student Council.
Participants included the Austrian Business Agency, China Banking Corporation, Inquirer.net, JT International (Philippine), Inc. Strength in Movement Group of Companies, MG Health Solutions, Inc., Philippine NSE Design Services, Inc., and Land Bank of the Philippines.

UJF 2026 also featured activities such as career talks from participating companies, as well as a resume and interview workshop. This marks the first time the UJF was held at the Ang Bahay ng Alumni since 2019.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs Jose Carlo G. de Pano encouraged the job seekers present to practice not only excellence in their chosen fields, but also good fellowship.
“Makilala nawa kayo pag pumasok kayo sa mga trabaho sa pagiging fair, sa pagiging makatao, sa pagiging makatuwiran, at sa pag-challenge sa status quo. May kakayahan kayong magdala ng change sa organizational culture,” he said.
