All 28 first-time examinees of the Licensure Examination for Social Workers (LESW) from UP Diliman (UPD) this September 2025 passed, with three placing first, fourth, and 10th, respectively.
Dianne Ross L. Laynes was one of two who topped the list with a 90.80% rating. She is followed by Raissa Kaye C. Dayandayan in fourth place with 90.20%, and Yomiko A. Santos in 10th place with an 89.00% rating.

The 100% passing rate also placed the University among the top-performing schools for this exam period.
In an UPDate Online correspondence, the UPD College of Social Work and Community Development (CSWCD) encouraged the new social workers to “carry forward the values, knowledge, and commitment nurtured during your time at CSWCD.”
The Professional Regulation Commission reported that 7,334 of 9,647 passed the LESW given in 18 testing centers across the country. —With a report from Ana Teresa L. Prondosa, CSWCD
