UP Diliman (UPD) posted a 100% passing rate as all 21 of its examinees passed the July 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination.
In addition, Michelle Ann Nisperos, who earned a 90.2% rating, ranked fifth among the top passers.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 4,907 of 6,237 passed the examination given in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, Tacloban, and Tuguegarao.


The PRC website states that to qualify for a master plumber license, an examinee must possess the required skills and competencies and must have completed an undergraduate degree in one of the following courses: architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or sanitary engineering.
These programs are offered at the UPD College of Architecture and the UPD College of Engineering.
