UPD gets 100% in geodetic engineering licensures

UP Diliman (UPD) earned a 100% passing rate when all of its 56 examinees passed the September 2025 Geodetic Engineers Computer-Based Licensure Examination, with six placing fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth, ninth, and 10th, respectively.

The top ranked passers from the UPD College of Engineering were Christon Ledge S. Paliza, who landed in fourth place (88.20%); Mark Allen V. Facun (fifth place, 88% rating), Erlyn Kaye P. Mortega (sixth place, 87.6% rating); James Bryan B. Botor (eighth place, 87%); Jairus Judd P. Menor (ninth place, 86.8%); and Marianne G. Lagan (10th place, 86.6%).

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 739 of 1,322 takers passed the examination given in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.

Data from the PRC website show that the last time UPD posted a 100% passing rate was in 2023.
