This is to inform everyone that the physical office of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Development (OVCRD) is operating in very limited capacity.
A huge percentage of its physically-reporting staff are quarantined due to continued threat of COVID-19 transmission. While the office is trying its best to attend to all concerns, please expect delays in processing hard copy documents.
