The guest speakers are World Bank lead economists Çağlar Özden, PhD and Pablo Ariel Acosta, PhD.
Özden will present the lecture “World Development Report 2023: Migrants, Refugees, and Societies” while Acosta will discuss “The Promise of Global Skills Partnership for Win-Win Migration Outcomes.”
