The UP Diliman National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) and the East Regional Organization for Public Administration invite everyone to the lecture of Kikuchi Masao, PhD on Feb. 27, 1–3 p.m., at the NCPAG Case Room.
Masao is a professor of public policy and management from the Department of Public Management at the School of Business Administration, Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan. He will present the lecture “Toward a Socially Sustainable and Resilient Collaborative Crisis Management: Survey Experiment on Gender Leadership and Information Framing in COVID-19 Public Health Response in Japan.”
