The UP Diliman (UPD) Asian Institute of Tourism (AIT) will hold the lecture “Filipino Cuisine to the World” and launch the book “The Ultimate Filipino Adobo: Stories Through the Ages” by Claude Tayag, an award-winning chef and author, on October 2, Monday, 2–4 p.m., at the AIT Lounge.

The event is in partnership with the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management of the UPD College of Home Economics.
